Product Rave: Clinique Chubby sticks

Good morning everyone! Long time no see!
But I am here today with a post about one of my favorite products!
And I 'm talking about Clinique Chubby sticks. I know most people don't really like them and to tell you the truth I can't see the reason. I purchased both of them quite recently and I am loving them.

Clinique Chubby sticks

The first one that I got was back in December and it is called graped up. The name totally suits cause it looks to me like the deep maroon-plum color that grapes have, with a little brown. I am quite fair and I find this color suits me really nice. It is a very classic color. Every time I don't know what to wear or I am too lazy to put makeup on....I always pick this one.
The other one is a recent purchase. It is called mega melon and it's a more springy color but still quite deep. It is an orange brown color and reminds me of paprika but a little bit more muted.  This color would suit amazingly on brunettes.

Both are really easy to put on, even on the go without any mirror. They are also very moisturizing and leave this natural feeling on your lips. They have a slight shimmer to it, but doesn't show up at all. It just makes them look a bit more shinny. Have a finish of a lip gloss without being sticky. The color payoff is quite nice, not comparable to a lipstick. However, I like the kind of watery look that they give with not like a flashy color. The packaging is very luxurious and convenient to use. You don't get too much product, but 3g is OK for me. They have a very slight smell to them, not at all strong like every Clinique product. They are however quite pricey. I know there are a lot of other inexpensive lip colour balms out there, but I really love the quality of them. If you find a color that suits you and you can wear it on an everyday basis, it's worth it.

Have a nice rest of the day!

Review: Lush - Honey Trap Lip Balm

Hello...Hello!
For today's post I have another review for ya!
The product  I'm gonna be talking about is Honey Trap from Lush. I' ve been using this for almost half a year now. This is actually one of my favorite Lush products. As their site says, it has -obviously- honey, vanilla, orange, peppermint, oat and melted white chocolate! I can smell everything but the orange. It is probably the yummiest lip balm out there, as it does smell amazing but not artificially. It has this fresh natural smell that almost all of the Lush products have. When you put it on, it has a slight cooling effect, probably because of the peppermint. So, it does have a yummy smell (huge plus for a lip balm), but it also does what it says! Moisturizes your lips leaving them soft and protected from cold weather or super sunny days. I use this every night before I go to bed and as a preparation before putting on lipstick. I find it works amazingly as a base for matte lipsticks. The packaging is very basic and  light. It doesn't have a huge heavy pot, difficult to carry in your bag. The only thing I don't like is that during the most wintery months, the product itself was really hard to get. But I guess natural products have that. And the problem is solved if you warm it up with your fingers.

As you can see, I used perhaps only the half of it, though I have it for a good six months. It costs 8,50euro but it is 10g, which is huge. It will last you for a long time, for sure. All in all, I am very pleased with it and I would definitely repurchase that. Although I have other lip balms, I keep searching for this one every day! And that means that it's good stuff!

So....that was all for today!
Be sure to subscibe so that you don't miss any post! Thanks a lot for checking!
Have a very nice day!

Product Rave: Essie top coat - GOOD TO GO!

For today's post I have something really random!
This past month I' ve been using a new top coat on a daily basis. And this is....Essie top coat in GOOD TO GO! The name practically says everything! It works really nice even with the more inexpensive nail polishes, which tend to chip after one or two days. This does the job without making any lines or bumps. Plus it dries very fast which is really nice if you are like me, painting your nails always the last minute! It doesn't have a super glossy finish, but it doesn't claim that, so I don't mind!  It is comparable to Sally Hansen Ista-Dri anti-chip top coat, but it's much more liquidy. The price for 15ml is about 10euro.

I have some pictures for ya below!
